Nancy is a member of the Tucson and Douglas Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) through the National Association of Realtors and Residential Sales Council. She is a Certified Sales Specialist in New Homes (CSP); a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM); and holds certification in Institute Residential Marketing (IRM). Nancy is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and of Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA).
       She is a National Multicultural Sales Trainer and is the author of "Multicultural Sales Protocol" defining the nuances of many cultures and how to relate better to these purchasers.
       Nancy serves on the Cochise County Tourism Council, Sunsites Community Association and Pearce/Sunsites Chamber of Commerce. She is a board member of Cochise Days and the Stronghold Area Recreational Park Association.

     Victoria's background includes 23 years spent in the rain in Western Washington near Bellingham. She worked as the Commercial Print Manager and head of the Art Department for a daily newspaper and then left to open her own advertising agency.
     In 1995 she heard about 5 acres and a home for sale in Arizona and she moved so fast her head is still spinning!
     Since 2000, Victoria has helped many friends and relatives find wonderful homes and properties in Cochise County and that was before she became a REALTOR!
